Refund Policy

We want every member and client to feel confident in their decision to join Glow Up Beautiful. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are available across our programs.
1. Aura Lab — Monthly Subscription ($39/month)
Cancellation
You may cancel your Aura Lab subscription at any time directly from your Skool account settings. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the community and content until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.
Refunds
Due to the immediate access nature of digital community content, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
Tip: If you wish to stop being billed, please cancel before your next renewal date. Cancellations only apply to future billing cycles.
2. The Reset — 3-Month Coaching ($3,000)
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your first coaching session, provided you have not completed more than two (2) coaching sessions. To request a refund, contact admin@glowup-beautiful.com within the 14-day window.
After 14 days
Due to the personalized, high-touch nature of one-to-one coaching — and the time, materials, and direct work invested in each client — payments are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window.
Payment plans
If you purchased on a 3-payment plan ($1,050 × 3), all remaining payments remain due in accordance with the original payment schedule, regardless of whether you choose to continue participating in coaching sessions.
3. The Transformation — 6-Month Coaching ($5,000)
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your first coaching session, provided you have not completed more than two (2) coaching sessions. To request a refund, contact admin@glowup-beautiful.com within the 14-day window.
After 14 days
Due to the personalized, high-touch nature of one-to-one coaching — and the time, materials, and direct work invested in each client — payments are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window.
Payment plans
If you purchased on a 6-payment plan ($900 × 6), all remaining payments remain due in accordance with the original payment schedule, regardless of whether you choose to continue participating in coaching sessions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, please email us at admin@glowup-beautiful.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used at purchase
- The program you purchased
- The date of purchase and date of first session (for coaching)
- A brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated for our improvement)
We will respond within 5 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of documented medical or personal emergency that prevent participation, we may offer to pause your program rather than refund. These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first at admin@glowup-beautiful.com. We are committed to resolving any concern fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and may be reported as appropriate.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes apply only to purchases made after the updated effective date. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
