2. Services Provided

Glow Up Beautiful offers digital wellness education and online coaching services centered on the 7 Pillars Method™, including:

• Aura Lab — a monthly subscription to a private members community, video curriculum, and weekly group calls, hosted on Skool.
• The Reset (3-Month Coaching) — a personalized one-to-one coaching program with weekly calls and ongoing support.
• The Transformation (6-Month Coaching) — a premium one-to-one coaching program covering all 7 pillars over six months.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any of our programs. By registering or purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Not Medical Advice

The content, programs, and coaching provided by Glow Up Beautiful are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Alexandre Trelcat is not a licensed physician, dietitian, psychologist, or medical professional.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new nutrition, exercise, supplementation, skincare, or wellness practice — particularly if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You participate in our programs entirely at your own risk and discretion.

5. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and processed by our third-party payment provider. Payment plans, where offered, are binding for the full duration of the plan.

By purchasing a program, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees, including recurring monthly billing for Aura Lab subscriptions.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our complete refund and cancellation terms are set forth in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Glow Up Beautiful — including the 7 Pillars Method™, video modules, written materials, frameworks, templates, and protocols — is the exclusive property of GLOWUPBEAUTIFUL LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Community Guidelines

Members of Aura Lab and coaching clients agree to respect other members and maintain a constructive, supportive environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any member who engages in harassment, hate speech, spam, sharing of paid content outside the platform, or any behavior that violates these Terms or the platform's own rules.

9. Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and results shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of outcome. Results depend on numerous individual factors including but not limited to genetics, consistency, lifestyle, health status, and prior habits. We make no guarantee that you will achieve specific results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLOWUPBEAUTIFUL LLC, its founder, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, programs, or website. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program or service at our discretion if you breach these Terms. In the case of termination for cause, no refund will be due.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
